Being one of the first search teams within Prime Brokerage, we offer a full consultation service across all associated business lines. In a fast evolving and highly competitive business we deliver strategic hires in aggressive time frames, supported by an in depth, honest analysis of the market. We have a track record of helping our clients platforms grow in line and in time with key strategies.

We work with Hedge funds from start up phase, assisting with the appointment of COO’s, marketers and analysts thru to consulting with established funds on the addition of new trading strategies and key employees within investor relations quant analytics, risk and compliance. Prime Brokerage - Product development Leading Prime broking business seeks addition to their Product development team in London. The successful candidates have experience in working on a yield enhancement development within a Prime Brokerage or on the loan book side of the business. Proven relevant experience from a high volume environment is required, along with experience in equity settlements and middle office. The successful candidate will have knowledge of buy-in risks, market nuances and other workings of Euroclear and other European markets. Familiarity with the settlement cycles of Euroclear and Crest is also essential and it would be beneficial for the candidate to have knowledge of DTC. This position entails interacting with clients throughout the day. With that in mind, it is essential that the successful candidate is presentable, confident and client focused whilst also being highly attentive to the clients’ needs and able to deal with their queries and any issues that arise, in a professional and swift manner. The ideal candidate must also be able to adapt to new situations quickly, as there may be times when new concepts must be learnt in a short space of time and also work to deadlines. It is advantageous if the candidate has previous experience in prime brokerage within a Professional Trading client service team. It is desirable that the successful candidate has knowledge of the international ETF market, while knowledge of European futures and options markets is also beneficial. It is also desirable that the successful candidate has experience with working with salespeople / traders, particularly as the group is based close to the equity trading floor and interacts with sales and trading desks throughout the day.
